Error description

• Enhance FM/DB2 Copy and Import utilities to use any
  DB2 specified default values (constants) for unmapped columns
  when inserting rows into the target table.
  

Local fix

• Use attributes on the unmapped column in the target column to
  specify default (constant) values.

  Enhancement APAR.  The File Manager DB2 editor initializes
  columns with DB2-specified default values to the default value
  when inserting rows.  For Copy and Import, unmapped columns
  are initialized to spaces or zero, depending on data type,
  rather than the DB2-specified default value.

• File Manager DB2 component has been enhanced as follows:
  For the File Manager DB2 copy and import utilities, any rows
  inserted into the target DB2 object will have unmapped columns
  initialized to the DB2-specified default value for that column.
  This APAR also changes the way data for BINARY and VARBINARY
  columns is displayed in the FM/DB2 editor.  Data for these
  columns is now shown in long hex format.
