* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This fix resolves the following:        *

*                      1. Correct abend in JVMTI               *
*                      2. Support HFS sampling in z/OS 2.1     *
*                      3. Inhibit HFS sampling if              *
*                         FileSampleFreq=0                     *
*                      4. Correct java CPU reports, divisor    *
*                         for percentages was incorrect        *
*                                                              *
