PI11195: TODAY FUNCTION IN RULE DOES NOT UPDATE CELL AFTER DATE CHANGE

Error description

• The TODAY() function in a TM1 rule does not update cell after
  date changes on the system. ??In TM1 9.5.2 the following rule
  would be triggered automatically when the system date changed
  (either by the day changing or by manually setting the system
  date).??['A','1'] = n:DAYNO(TODAY(1)) + 21916;??In 10.2 we must
  restart TM1, run CubeProcessFeeders or recompile the rules for
  this rule to be triggered and update the cell with the current
  date.??Adding a feeder does not help (see example
  below)??SKIPCHECK;?['A','1'] = n:DAYNO(TODAY(1)) +
  21916;?????FEEDERS;?['A'] => ['A','1'];??We believe this is a
  defect since this worked in 9.5.2 but not 10.2. We are currently
  working around the problem by using a Ti process to set the date
  in this cell.
