Error description

• The customer is running WMQ V7.1 in a 3-way QSG. They started to
  take the following recursive dumps when shutting down the queue
  manager.

  CSQ1,ABN=0C4-00000011,U=SYSOPR  ,C=R3600.710.ASMC-CSQVEUS3,
  M=CSQVEUS3,LOC=CSQJL002.CSQJRE08+00000000
  .
  The change team has taken a look at the dump for the 0C4 in
  CSQJRE08 and they can see the cause of the problem. A JR008C TCB
  (archive log read) service task has been left around due to
  abends 5C6-00E20013 and 5C6-00E20014. During shutdown, CSQVASTM
  detects the JR008C TCB and invokes CSQVDST0 to abend
  the TCB with S6C6 00E50070. During recovery processing for the
  S6C6 abend, the operating system tries to invoke ESTAE CSQJRE08.
  However, load-moulde CSQJL002, which includes CSQJRE08, has just
  been DELETE'd by CSQYSTRM, and hence the 0C4 occurs.

  around due to previous issues in the queue manager.
  During shut-down, CSQVASTM detects the JR008C TCB and invokes
  CSQVDST0 to abend the TCB with S6C6 00E50070. During recovery
  processing for the S6C6 abend, the operating system tries to
  invoke ESTAE CSQJRE08. However, load-moulde CSQJL002, which
  includes CSQJRE08, has just been deleted by CSQYSTRM, and hence
  the 0C4 occurs.
  

Problem conclusion

• The shut-down code has been changed to correctly terminate the
  archive log read service tasks.
