  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  ABEND 0C4-004 in FPECMAIN may occur in a OMPE Batch Record
  Trace FILE job if any IFCID 63 contain empty or blank
  SQL statement text in QW0063ST field.
  OMPE Batch Record Trace code removes extra blanks from SQL text
  found in IFCID 63 QW0063ST field. That could work incorrectly
  when the whole SQL statement contain only blanks / empty string.
