    ****************************************************************
On higher latency network connections, there may be an
improvement in network throughput by using larger TCP/IP Send
    and Receive buffers.

Customers who wish to use larger TCP/IP send or receive buffers
must currently do so by changing the stack-wide defaults in
    TCP/IP itself.

This APAR provides a basic switch to allow MQ to use larger
buffers without configuring them at the stack level.
