Error description

• In IBM Rational Team Concert Enterprise Extensions (RTC EE) you
  may receive the following error based on the order used to
  select the checkboxes in the Request Build browser:  "Error
  during requesting build"
  Steps to reproduce :
  1- Open a Request Build browser
  2- Check Personal Build first
  3- Then check Subset
  4- An "Error during requesting build" message is displayed.
  WORKAROUND:
  1- Open a Request Build browser
  2- Check Subset first
  3- Then check Personal Build
