Error description

• When you are adding a new OpenSocial gadget in an IBM Rational
  Team Concert (RTC) Dashboard, you may see the following error:
  The OpenSocial gadget was not loaded.ID CRJAZ5037E
  To reproduce the issue:
  1) Login to ccm/web and add a newer Widget of the type
  "OpenSocial gadget"
  for example: http
  ://www.gstatic.com/ig/modules/wikipedia/wikipedia_v2.xml to my
  personal dashboard.
  2) try to load this newer widget and when loading the error
  message in the browser.
  Error message is:
  The OpenSocial gadget was not loaded.
  ID CRJAZ5037E
  The gadget might have been removed from the host server.
  It appears that the issue is only reproducible when the RTC
  server is behind a firewall, and can only connect to the
  Internet using a proxy.
