PI08696: ABEND0C4 IN CONTROLLER WHEN TSO EQQDIAGN DIALOG USER LOGS OFF

Error description

• An ABENDS0C4 S0C4 may occur in a controller GS EXECUTOR when
  a an ISPF dialog user activates the DIALOG TRACES via the
  TSO EQQDIAGN command, then logs out of TWSz with that trace
  still active.

  The GS EXECUTOR is RESTARTED AT CLEANUP.

Local fix

• It may be necessary to stop and restart the CONTROLLER STARTED
  TASK in order to stop the abend from recurring when the affected
  user logs back in to the TWSz ISPF dialogs.
