Error description

• Toolbar is stretched in IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) Eclipse
  client when installing Client for Eclipse 4.2.x IDE.
  
  The problem is not there if one installs the Client for Eclipse
  3.6.x IDE.
  
  The problem is not there either if you install an RTC 4.0.3 p2
  on top of a vanilla Juno 4.2.x
  
  Steps to reproduce the issue with 4.0.4:
  Download the following zip

  RTC-Client-Eclipse4.2-repo-4.0.4.zip
  Unzip and install with IBM Installation Manager
  
  Actual behavior:
  
  The icons on the toolbar are stretched. It seems that there is a
  space for icons/groups that cannot be made available. See ?
  Window
  ? Customize Perspective ? Toolbar visibility
  
  Expected behavior:
  There should not be any space between the icons on the toolbar

  * when installing  a client for for Eclipse 3.6.x IDE . The    *
  * problem is not there either if you install an RTC 4.0.3 p2   *
  * on top of juno 4.2.x                                         *

  * however this may be how the toolbar now works in 4.2.        *
