PI08365: Modified access permission of package in Cognos Connection not taken into account if published with user access security

APAR status

• Closed as unreproducible.

Error description

• In Framework Manager whenever "User Access" security has been
  set to a user, group or role and then package has been published
  to Cognos, a permissions modification of the package done in
  Cognos Connection leads to the problem that these changes are
  not taken into account correctly. These new added user/groups or
  roles, when launching a studio they can only see the package but
  are not able to select that package under "List of all packages"
   although the permission is correct. The package is not hyper
  linked.
