  The QRPL, embedded in the BLOA, changed size between V701 and
  V710. This causes some of the offsets used in end of task
  processing to be different between a V701 BLOA and a V710 BLOA.
  The V701 code only checks for V701 offsets, causing it to use
  the wrong fields in the V710 BLOA for the STORAGE release
  request.
