    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    Container servers that contain catalog service endpoints from
    different catalog service domains are allowed to start. These
    container servers encounter run-time errors during shard
    placement. A container server can only belong to one catalog
    service domain.
    An example of a run-time error message follows. This message is
    in
    the container server Java virtual machine (JVM) or
    SystemOut log.
    ObjectGridCon E CWOBJ1209E: Unable to activate shard for

Problem conclusion

  • Change the container server catalog service endpoints to point
    to one catalog service domain only. After you apply the interim
    fix, servers that are not configured correctly fail do not start
    and a specific error message is returned.

Temporary fix
