Error description
CNFDSN equals to TEST.FA.&&SYSNAME..PARMLIB in the IDIOPTLM configuration-options module. That's worked fine until recently (FA maintenance applied), but now the parmlib is not recocgnized any longer. This causes FA to take all the default libraries and thus not function properly.
