Error description

• When using AXIS2 Web Services there appears to be a buildup of
  AXIS2.lck tmp/files that do not get cleaned up using up space

Local fix

• Use a UNIX System Services CRON job to cleanup old tmp/files
  manually.

  The Apache Axis2 Web services implementation creates work
  files in the /tmp directory. These files consist of
  subdirectories named axis2-tmp-*.tmp and lock files named
  axis2-tmp-*.tmp.lck. In CICS, JVM never goes through a normal
  termination, the lock files are not deleted. Then the temporary
  files will not be cleaned up when a new Axis2 Web services
  request is received, resulting in using up space in the zOS
  /tmp directory.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHSJSC has been changed to ensure the JVM goes through a
  normal termination under normal circumstances, so that
  temporary files are cleaned up.
