APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In some recovery paths, CM RM calls TSM's dsmCleanUp() which
  invalidates the TSM setup for the address space. This causes the
   address space to no longer be useful after certain error
  combinations and the customer must restart the IBM HTTP Server
  with CM RM on z/OS.

  The Content Manager for z/OS resource manager recovery routines,
  upon receiving errors from the Tivoli Storage Manager would
  call a TSM's cleanup routine. After that call, any further
  calls to the Tivoli Storage Manager are invalid.
  

Problem conclusion

• Content Manager for z/OS resource manager with Tivoli Storage
  Manager option was modified to improve its recovery upon
  errors from the Tivoli Storage Manager.
