  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of Data Set Copy (DSC) with        *
  *                 input and output template.                   *
  *                 All users of File Manager DB2 component.     *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. The reformatting routine can be      *
  *                      excessive in CPU especially in the      *
  *                      conversion of packed numbers to zoned   *
  *                      numbers or vice versa.                  *
  *                      2. An ABENDS0C4 may occur on completion *
  *                      of a TPEXP function.                    *
  *                      3. A loop will occur when running the   *
  *                      FM/DB2 export dialog (option 3.7) when  *
  *                      the Generate/Replace option is selected *
  *                      and the template data set name includes *
  *                      the member name in parenthesis.         *

• 1. File Manager has been modified to optimize the copy
  reformatting process. If the input and output templates have the
  same field definitions and the PAD option is set off - then File
  Manager will preserve the input record length, and the reformat
  process will be limited to only fields that can be modified
  during the copy operation. This provides significant performance
  improvements if only a small number of output fields are being
  scrambled, initialized or modified during the copy process.
  2. File Manager has been modified to correct the ABENDS0C4.
  3. File Manager has been modified to correct the loop.
