PROBLEM SUMMARY:
When using IDAA related input REQUESTER field does not show
long name. This defect is caused by an overwrite in a virtual
list for handling short/longnames.

PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
Module PLXUIFCI has changed to avoid storing longname
strings in the BCON vlist for shortnames/longnames.
