  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  1. For V511 and V520:
     The way how the time fields were retrieved from DB2
     was not correct.
  2. For V511 only:
     Accelerator CPU time fields were not processed
     correctly for statistics FILE.

  1. For V511 and V520:
     The retrieving of the time fields for the Dynamic/Static
     Statement cache is now done correctly.
  2. For V511 only:
     Accelerator CPU time fields are now processed
     correctly for statistics FILE.
