Error description

• EQQAUDNS sample (EQQAUDNZ) is missing a free for the used JTx
  datasets. A wrong string check is avoiding the free from being
  performed.

  The EQQJTxx, EQQJTARC, EQQCKPT datasets are found still
  allocated after the AUDIT has run. There is a wrong
  check preventing the FREE from taking place.
  

Problem conclusion

• A check has been corrected in the EQQAUDNZ skeleton
  (EQQAUDNS sample) and the FREE for the EQQJTxx,
  EQQJTARC and EQQCHKPT is now correctly executed.
  A fix was sysrouted back from TWSz 8.6.0 and another
  fix was needed in TWSz 8.6.0 and 9.1.0.
  A new version of EQQAUDNZ skeleton is shipped with this
  APAR.
