PI06109: The xscmd -c suspend -t placement -g gridname -ms mapset command does not suspend placement for data grids that do not

Error description

• An administrator tries to run the following xscmd:
  
  ./xscmd.sh -c suspend -t placement -g Grid -ms mapSet, where
  "Grid" and "mapSet" are a Grid/Map Set pair that has not yet
  been created.
  
  This behavior results in the following error:
  
  CWXSI0022E: The specified grid name Grid and mapset name
  mapSet were not found.

  An error occurs when the user tries to suspend a data grid or

Problem conclusion

• The runtime was modified to allow for suspending placement on
  data grids or map sets that have not been created. This APAR
  is included in the latest builds of versions 7.1.1.1, 8.5.0.3,
  and 8.6.0.4.
