Error description

• Trying downloading Powerplay studio report by Cognos for
  Microsoft Office generates RDS-ERR-100 error.????This only
  happen  when report's search path contains double byte
  character. (=Customer cannot import Powerplay report at all if
  it contains double byte character in report name or folders you
  store report)????Error message:??RDS-ERR-100 Report Data Service
  could not process the response from the content
  provider.????Environment:??Server: Cognos BI 10.2 GA on Win 2k8
  R3??Client : Cognos BI 10.2 GA's IBM Cognos for Microsoft Office
  on Win 7 with Excel 2010????
  

Local fix

• Remove double byte character both from report name and folder na
  me where you store Powerplay reports.
