Error description

• SQLCODE950 occurs when an INSERT with subSELECT SQL stmt using a
  3-part remote table name and QUERY ACCELERATION (zparm or
  special register) = ENABLE, ENABLE WITH FAILBACK, ELIGIBLE or
  ALL OR GET ACCEL ARCHIVE (zparm or spec register = YES.)

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR has the following fixes:      *
  *                      (1) An SQLCODE -950 is incorrectly      *
  *                          returned for an INSERT with         *
  *                          subselect that has a three part     *
  *                          name.                               *
  *                      (2) When zparm ACCELMODEL=YES,          *
  *                          GET_ACCEL_ARCHIVE=YES is            *
  *                          incorrectly allowed.                *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  (1) An SQLCODE -950 is incorrectly returned for an INSERT
      with subselect that has a three part name for remote
      tables when QUERY_ACCELERATION=ENABLE,
      ENABLE_WITH_FAILBACK, ELIGIBLE or ALL, or
      GET_ACCEL_ARCHIVE = YES.
      Execution of an SQL statement with a three part name on
      an accelerator is not supported, so the SQL statement
      will either execute on DB2 or return SQLCODE -4742
      depending on the values of QUERY_ACCELERATION and
      GET_ACCEL_ARCHIVE.
  
  (2) When subsystem parameter ACCELMODEL is set to YES, the
      subsystem parameter GET_ACCEL_ARCHIVE must be undefined or
      set to NO.  If GET_ACCEL_ARCHIVE is set to YES, then none
      of the accelerator modeling function will be enabled.

Problem conclusion

• (1) Code is fixed to handle an SQL statement with a three part
      name properly.
  (2) Code is fixed to disallow setting zparm GET_ACCEL_ARCHIVE
      to YES when ACCELMODEL is set to YES.
