  The monitoring console is started, but the startConsoleServer
  script attempted to start the console again.  The following
  errors result:
  CWZCO1011E: Could not retrieve resource: [pdq][0][2.7.116]
  CWPZC9001E: Could not obtain Connection from
  org.apache.derby.jdbc.EmbeddedDataSource;  Caused by:
  java.sql.SQLException: Failed to start database
  'C:XSa1341ObjectGridconsole/databases/rainmaker-db', see the
  next exception for details.

Problem conclusion

• The startConsoleServer script detects if the console sever is
  started. If the console server is started, the script does not
  run.
