Error description

• AES password encryption is failing to initialize due to the serv
  looking at the client configuration file location system propert
  that is set to a location that does not contain the config.  The
  server code should not be looking at the client configuration fi

  Password decrypting was failing to take place due to a client
  side
  property file being ready the server.  This cause the server to
  not
  be able to decrypt password properly.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix the server side code to not read a property intended for cli
