Error description

• To use z/OS encryption for OSAM data sets, you must convert the
  OSAM data sets to VSAM linear data sets (LDSs).
  However, when you do so, FM/IMS issues error message FMNIA012
  Not OSAM   and does not allow you to use the
  VSAM LDSs.
