This may appear as * * residual data and truncation in the GTF * * trace record. * **************************************************************** The code which is responsible for writing GTF trace records incorrectly sets the length of variable length trace records. This results in the GTF formatter routines losing track of the position of subsequent trace records.
Problem conclusion
The code responsible for writing variable length GTF trace records has been corrected.
