Error description
Debugger's svc screening intercepted a LOAD svc issued by LE ESPIE exit. EQA00OHH set a shunt for ApplR4Bad counting on protection by an existing ESPIE. Since it was running under an ESPIE exit, its own program check caused a percolation and an abend U4036-4.
