PH35089: z/OS Connect EE API provider truncates decimal defined fields.

Error description

• When z/OS Connect EE is processing decimal fields with more than
  17 digits, the decimal fields are truncated to 17 digits and
  reformatted as floating point.
  
  Example: For a COBOL definition of PIC 9(13)V9(5), the field is
  defined as Decimal(18). When 3333333333333.55555 is sent
  to z/OS Connect EE, the data received in the SOR is
  333333333333355570.

  The translation of numbers between the JSON number format and
  API provider payload resulted in incorrect values being used.
  This was because decimal values with a lot of numbers were not
  translated correctly.
  
  If the field was defined as a string, rather than a decimal
  value the problem did not occur.
  
  A similar issue for z/OS Connect EE API requesters was resolved
  by APAR PH30400.

• The z/OS Connect EE API provider code has been updated to
  correctly translate decimal numbers with a large number of
  digits and pass these to back-end applications.
  
  The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered by the PTF for
  z/OS Connect EE V3.0.53.0 (PH42641).
