    This APAR packaging APAR will deliver the V8.5 local repository
    Fix Pack 8.5.5.19 contents for WebSphere Application Server V8.5
    for z/OS product, including the DMZ Secure Proxy Server, Web
    server plugins, and IBM HTTP Server.

    WebSphere Application Server V8.5 for z/OS Fix Pack 8.5.5.10 is
    the first Fix Pack which does not include WebSphere Liberty.
    Follow on WebSphere Application Server V8.5 for z/OS Fix Packs
    will not include WebSphere Liberty as well.
    
    WebSphere Liberty Fix Packs (the first being WebSphere Liberty
    16.0.0.2) are now delivered as their own Fix Pack PTFs.
