    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The z/OS Connect EE build toolkit *
    *                      silently ignores a header named         *
    * "Authorization" from the generated *

    ****************************************************************
If a header called "authorization" (whatever the capitalization)
is specified in the Swagger document used as input to the build
toolkit, the generated copybook does not include the
    "authorization" header.
z/OS Connect EE should ignore the "authorization" header when it
is specified in the Swagger document because this header is
not supported. However, the z/OS Connect EE build toolkit should
issue a message to report when a header has been ignored.

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix

Comments

  • z/OS Connect EE build toolkit has been updated to write the
following message when a header is ignored:
BAQB0049W: Specifying a header parameter with the name
<header_name> is not supported, the header parameter
               is ignored.

The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered by the PTF for
    z/OS Connect EE V3.0.50.0 (PH40632).
