  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: MULCCAPT(REFINED) does not affect       *
  *                      MULC collection for IMS dependent       *
  *                      regions.                                *

  When collecting MULC usage data, the MULCCAPT system parameter
  controls how this is done for work done by applications
  connected to MQ.
  For IMS connections this parameter has no effect resulting in
  the STANDARD collection behaviour always being used.
  

Problem conclusion

• MULCCAPT(REFINED) is now honoured for connections from IMS
  dependent regions.
