Error description
EQATIEX2 can run under multiple tasks but uses a single save area for calls to a site's DFSMSCE0. If an instance of EQATIEX2 cannot get exclusive use of this area within 1.25s, it skips the call to the site's DFSMSCE0 with message EQA9981S Could not acquire IMS Isolation table lock. Will not call client exit.
