• PH03173 had been opened to resolve this issue but there is
  still an issue when a CICS region received the
  ABN=130-02470002,U=SYSOPR M=CSQ3SSES while shutting down

  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM MQ for z/OS Version 9       *
  *                 Release 1 Modification 0                     *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend 130 reason 02470002 may be seen   *
  *                      when a CICS region is shutdown which    *
  *                      was connected to MQ.                    *
  ****************************************************************
  During EOT processing for the MQ connection from the CICS
  region, CSQYALLI ENQ is obtained. However further processing
  may result in an IRB for CSQ3ID80 being dispatched on the same
  TCB, which attempts to get the ENQ which is already held by this
  TCB. The IRB will DEQ the CSQYALLI ENQ prior to the IRB
  completing, resulting in the abend when previous processing
  resumes after the IRB, and attempts to DEQ the resource again
  when it is no longer held.
  
  PH03173 was previously raised to fix this problem but did not
  work due to a coding error at this release.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQ3ID80 processing has been updated to ensure the DEQ of the
  resource only occurs when it is no longer required.
