APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Segementation fault is generated when unning an executable built
  within a dynamic view in IBM Rational ClearCase.
  The issue occurs on RHEL8.0 with CC901.8, it works fine on
  RHEL7.x
  
  An strace of the execution shows:
  execve("./cbfstool.bin", ["./cbfstool.bin"], 0x7fff5fcff600 /*
  47 vars */) = -1 ETXTBSY (Text file busy)

  WORKAROUND:
  Remove any 'touch' commands or similar prior to the execution of
  the binary.
