APAR status

Error description

• A CALL 'MQSETMP' begin to fail with MQRC_PROPERTY_NAME_ERROR
  after UI60304 was applied.
  The problem occurs because the DSA back chain is no longer set
  after UI60304 is applied - this doesn't affect MQ processing,
  as the callers registers are saved on the stack and are
  correctly restored, however it causes CEEVGTUN to abend U4088
  when called from CSQBLECS because this LE routine attempts to
  validate the dsa chain.
  
  This will only occur when the application CCSID has not already
  been resolved prior to the MQSETMP call - for example when the
  application is compiled/linked using the stub interface (e.g.
  CSQBSTUB) rather than the dlls (e.g. CSQBLB1), and has not
  issued any non message-property API calls prior to message
  property calls.

  Following the changes introduced by PI91780, CSQBPAPI was no
  longer chaining its savearea to the caller's. This savearea was
  not used for MQ, which was using the linkage stack to save the
  callers registers.
  However, in some cases CEEVGTUN is called to locate DSA storage,
  and this requires the back chain to be set. As this was not
  set correctly, a U4088-99 abend occurs.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQBPAPI is changed to chain its savearea to the callers.
