Error description

• The z/OS Connect EE transformation array counter functionality
  introduced a thread safety issue that can cause incorrect array
  counter values to be sent to backend SOR and JSON response.

  When multiple concurrent requests using the array counter
  functionality (introduced in z/OS Connect EE V3.0.23.0) were
  processed, they could interact causing incorrect values to be
