  ABEND04E RC00C90101 DSNIBNRF:5007 occurs when remotely binding
  a package that contains statements accessing temporal tables
  with Db2 catalog level V12R1M505 or higher.
  The root cause is an uninitialized internal buffer when
  inserting a row into the catalog table SYSIBM.SYSPACKSTMT for
  the extended section.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 code has been changed so that the internal buffer is
  initialized correctly.
