Error description

• Some companies have tight security policies and have a lot of
  governance set up in Cognos to keep things controlled. They find
  that email could be used as a security hole as confidential
  reports can be sent out to email addresses outside the company.
  Admin wants to control who emails can be sent to and disable the
  option of sending out emails to users outside their company.
