APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After logic changes to support IDAA replication, due to a
  timing issue it may occur that all subscriptions may stall if
  the Log Data Cache feature is being used.  This can occur
  whether or not the customer is using IIDR CDC for z/OS to
  support IDAA replication.
  

Local fix

• Disable the Log Data Cache feature.
