Error description

• IBM z/OS Debugger v14 Monitor Expression of special registers,
  such as XML-TEXT displays invalid data in COBOL v5 and above
  programs.
  
  
  When debugging COBOL programs compiled with v5 or above the
  value displayed in the Monitor Expressions is incorrect.
  
  This happens for other special register variables such as
  XML-NTEXT too.
  
  When a break occurs at the code that contains
  XML text and you add
  Monitor Memory > Raw Hex and Char (split view)
  you can see the actual value.

• Use the Monitor Memory > Raw Hex and Char (split view) to
  to see the value of any special register.
