  An ABEND04E RC00E70005 can occur at location DSNXVTRS
  OFFSET0092E after applying PH05193/UI60039. PH05193 increased
  the length of QBGA section of the IFCID 003 accounting record
  but did not recompile all the modules involved. The incorrect
  length of QBGA could cause trace data to be broken in the
  section that followed and eventually result in the
  aforementioned abend when transferring the Query Accelerator
  accounting data to SMF.
  

Problem conclusion

• All the modules that use QBGA have been recompiled to ensure
  the IFCID 003 trace records have correct length.
