PH08867: COGNOS ISN'T CORRECTLY PASSING URL PARAMETERS TO THE CJAP WHEN SSO IS ENABLED

Error description

  • Cognos isn't correctly passing URL parameters to the CJAP when
    SSO is enabled. The ?extra? parameter isn?t passed to the CJAP
    as part of the initial logon, the URL to bypass the namespace
    selection prompt by passing in the CAMNamespace (see example
    below), then it goes back to not showing the custom prompt
