PH08277: TRIGGER MONITORING IS STOPPED INCORRECTLY.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Trigger monitoring was stopped. This customer was using a shared
  application queue and shared initiation queue.
  There is an internal test of the open input count on the
  application queue that is performed twice by the putting
  application and between the two tests the value changes due to
  a small timing window - this change causes us to misinterpret
  that the initiation queue is not open and therefore we stop
  trigger monitoring.

  If the open input to the application queue closes while an
  MQOPEN or MQCLOSE is executing, CSQMTRGS may turn off triggering
  due to incorrectly assuming the initiation queue has no
  trigger monitor.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQMTRGS will not incorrectly disable triggering if the state of
  the application queues open input count changes during
  execution.
