Error description

• Customer complained the 0C4 abend:
  CSQ1,ABN=0C4-00000004,U=BJS0062 ,
  -CSQ5SCST,M=CSQGFRCV,LOC=CSQ5LPLM.CSQ5SCST
  
  From the doc we can see that the problem is caused when an SQL
  error (-904) occurs during a DISPLAY CHSTATUS command.
  This error should be passed back up the calling stack to be
  handled, but in this case the calling module has not passed in
  a suitable parameter to return the SQL RC, and the attempt to
  store the value fails with an  S0C4-4 abend.

  If an SQL error occurs during a 'DISPLAY CHSTATUS SHORT'
  command then the queue manager may subsequently abend
  with an S0C4 due to a missing optional parameter
  passed in by CSQMDCST.
  

Problem conclusion

• A check has now been added to CSQ5SCST so that it will not
  attempt to return the SQL Error value if the optional lSQLCode
  parameter has been omitted by any caller.
