• Problem and reproduce steps:
  
  1. Create new report
  2. Add Gosales sample package
  3. Go to tools page
  4. Create 'data prompt' on the report page
  5. change date property 'scope' from No to Yes
  6. Run the report
  7. It is working for English for subtitle display 'From' and
  'To'
  8. While if we change 'My preference' of user for the language
  from 'English' To 'Chinese (Taiwan)'
  Run the report again, the subtitle display become ' and ',
  it should display as ' and
