Error description

  • In CA 11 running report and using report list custom filter
    option and filtering on multiple items by selecting one or more
    items and holding Shift key to select multiple items results in
    filter selected items count turning to zero and no items being
    selected to filter on.
    
    User runs report and try to use custom filter
    
    Select one of the values and click + hold Shift, and scrolling
    to the bottom of the filter list and selection count turns from
    1 to 0
    
    Expected functionality is for filter selection to add into count
    all of the items from first selected item to the end of list.
    
    Same issue if selecting two, three or more items and then
    scrolling down, count of selected items turns to 0, and there is
    no items selected for filter.
    
    It seam like that there is a limitation on the number of the
    items that can be selected before selected items count turns to
    0.
    
    
    Intermittently there is following error returned when holding
    Shift and scrolling to select multiple items from filter list:
    
    "RSV-SRV-0126 The request was canceled..."
