  from a z/OS Connect server, resulting in a working API being
  removed from a z/OS Connect EE server.

  While updating an API, if the updated API was not valid, z/OS
  Connect EE would remove the existing .aar file from the file
  system without replacing it with the updated version.
  
  This caused a previously working API to be removed from the
  server.

• z/OS Connect EE has been changed so that an existing .aar file
  will not be removed if the updated .aar file is not valid. This
  prevents a valid API being removed when an update fails.
  
  The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered by the PTF for
  z/OS Connect EE V3.0.18.0 (PH07350).
