Error description

• In Oracle database, when we create a view that contains
  calculate number such as four arithmetic operations or using
  function, a precision and a scale is not set for NUMBER data
  type.
  When we import the number in  Framework Manager, it is set to
  Decimal (0.0).
  It causes a calculated value by using case-then-else to be
  rounded to five-digit number.
