  REFRESH SECURITY TYPE(SSL) ends with
  "CSQX675E Unable to complete SSL key repository refresh"
  when one instance of a shared SVRCONN ends with CSQX208E while
  the qmanager is processing the REFRESH command.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a SVRCONN channel is connected to  *
  *                      an INDISP(GROUP) shared listener and a  *
  *                      REFRESH SECURITY TYPE(SSL) command is   *
  *                      processed, the REFRESH SECURITY         *
  *                      command may fail and a CSQX675E message *
  *                      is issued.                              *

  As the SVRCONN channels connected to an INDISP(GROUP) listener
  are stopped following a REFRESH SECURITY TYPE(SSL) command,
  should a channel instance stop for an unrelated reason it may
  cause the REFRESH SECURITY TYPE(SSL) command to fail and issue
  message CSQX675E
  

Problem conclusion

• Additional checks have been implemented to ensure the REFRESH
  SECURTIY command will not fail if a channel terminates while
  the command is being processed.
